Promised Delivery by two separate people

I phoned this morning to verify delivery of my package today. A laptop from FNB. I phoned yesterday as well to confirm and both times they said I would take delivery today.

Later in the afternoon I made sure again that delivery was taking place today.

Come 4:30 and no delivery I phoned Digital Planet and was told they would contact the driver to find out whats happening and that they are some times late and just to wait for a while. Come 5:00PM and no delivery.

I stayed late to receive my package. My day starts at 6:30AM.

Please can I get absolute confirmation that I will receive my package tomorrow.
