Next day delivery still not arrived after a week!!

On the 12/03 I sent a package ref no TC178933215ZA from Tygervalley to Ferndale Post Office. It contained passports for 5 people in Jhb who are going to Holland on the 23/03. I was told that the parcel would arrive in Ferndale by the 14/03 and cost me R63.By the 15/03 no package had been delivered. I checked online and it showed that the package left CPT on the 13th, arrived in JHB and was delivered to Ferndale on the 13th. I called the helpline and was told that the parcel was actually still at the depot. I explained our situation and was told that it would leave the depot on the 18th. I followed up today only to discover that the online tracking is not available, I paid for the SMS notification and did not even get a reply, phoned the help desk 3 times and eventually gave the tracking number to someone who told me that the package is still at the depot. These players waiting for their passports have each paid R30 000 for tour. We can't afford a R150 000 loss due to your lack of service. If it means that someone goes to the depot, finds the package and then delivers it to the recipient, then so be it. The passports have to be delivered to the players no later than tomorrow 20/03
