Utter Disappointment

I am very disappointed that your services are so extremely poor. I understand that there were strike issues approaching the end of 2012, and packages took long to deliver. unfortunately I haven't been contacted about my order in months, the last time I got contacted was by one of your employees (whom no longer works for you) that my order had arrived but it was the wrong size, and a new order had been made (devils romance shirt, I had also ordered cyber goggles which were delivered). since this employee hasn't been doing your work for you any more- your business lives up to the name chaos, this does not follow your company's policy. I'm not even 5% sure at this moment if I will ever see this item or hear from you about the order, hence the complaint as no customer should be in this situation. as this is how far I had to go for you to finally contact me, thanks for reading.
