Wrong order size delivered

First time I have ordered from Zando and never will be again! After placing the order and received confirmation thereof and everything, only to be told days later that an item that I ordered was not in stock. Then when my order finally arrived, the wrong item size was placed in my order when the order sheet was CLEARLY marked with the correct one. How such can happen when everything is written out clearly is beyond me. Now I have to wait yet again for the right item to come through, just delaying the process. Such incompetence. Will not be making the same mistake of ordering from them again. Order number 200542779
