I have to take back everything nice that I said about this branch.
1. The store is so badly signposted that it took me 40 mins to find "Customer Service"
1a. I was told that the customer service was on the bottom floor. The only departments that I found were kids clothes, mobile and insurance.
I was eventually told to go past insurance to the department.
2. A large number of staff were wearing name tags, however they had turned the tags inside out so that their names were not visible.
3. I had bought a pair of shoes a few months ago and the tongue had split into 2.
4. After finding the deprtmnt i waited in a que for nearly half an hour.
5. The person who "helped" me told em that since the shoes were older than 2 months they would not accept the shoes back.
6. I had t explain that the CPA allows for up to 6 months for damaged goods
7. Finally agreed to assist.
8. I was also told that as I did not have the original slip I MUST accept the shelf price for the return.
9. When generating the credit note the staff member made sure to tell the computer the shoes were the wrong size and not damaged.
10. Wouldn't put the correct option on the computer no matter how much I protested
