Poor service

Hi

I have been receiving a poor service from Home choice I order a queen size set of duvet, they delivered a wrong size. I returned the duvet set. did not hear anything from them three weeks later received a call from Home Choice selling another product. I asked them about the previous order they said it was out of stock. I was disappointed but let it go.

Made another order. ordered a set of two blanket and two sets of fitted sheets.

guess what they have send me two blanket and one set of fitted sheets. I'm so disappointed about they're service. they don't call me if they are in short of stock, just deliver the package without send a note of incomplete order.

another issue I have with them. When I returned the previous order they said they will refund me the delivered money. I have not received it.

Not a happy customer.
