Whirlpool service does not exist

I purchased a expensive double door whirlpool fridge. it started to make noises like a diesel truck. i informed whirlpool customer service centre as the unit is under six months old. they sent someone out who told me my unit was not defrosting the fan was hitting ice etc etc they wanted me to defrost my fridge for two days consistently. when i asked what about my food they shrugged and said they would come back. they came back and reset the panel? the noise was still there in fact my family would be woken up in the middle of the night by it. I phoned again they told me a technician would come out none did i phoned again they told me the technician would come out now. The technician arrived two days later and told me he would have to replace the fan motor, i never heard from him again. I phoned again and was told by basami that she would get back to me, she did not i phoned again and spoke to alex she told me she would get back to me, she did not. i phoned numerous times was put on hold and after 15 min was hung up on this has been going on for ages. Do not buy a whirlpool product you will receive no service from the agent
