BAD SERVICE FROM SALES STAFF

It is with utmost disgust that i send this email. we purchased a sony blueray 3d DVD player in december saturday night we couldnt get it to read the external hard drive which it was doing all along. we took the unit back to the store and at the returns counter she told me to go to the electronics counter to have the machine tested and checked out by the sales guys. well I stood there for 15 minutes and no one asked to help me they were all too busy worrying about the people on the floor that were looking at the tvs etc. when i asked someone to help me they passed me on the next guy then the next one as soon as they heard that they needed to check the machine they passed me on to the next guy eventually after 5 different guys I was told that they are not technicians and that the unit must be sent in for repairs. when we bought it we were told there is a 1yr guarentee on the machine I still asked the salesperson if he was sure and he said yes.
