Worst service ever!!

I am in the process of buying a new washing machine. I came across a nice special offered by Pick n Pay hyper. So on the 28/12/2013 I phoned Pick n Pay Ottery, I asked a sales person there if they had the washing machine on special, firstly responding that they had no such special. Then I told him that they had advertised it, he went looking and came back to tell me that they do have it. I asked him to hold 1 for me for the following day. On the 29/12/13 I got to Pick n Pay Ottery, no sales person on the floor, waited 40 minutes for assistance after asking 3 people working there just to call somebody to help. Along came a lady finally, I asked her which washing machine was the special that had the voucher as well, she replied only Macro had that special not Pick n Pay. I fetched a advertisement showing the "SALES LADY", Susan what special she had in her own department. I asked her to bring me the washing machine as I wanted to purchase it, but no stock after I told the guy to keep me 1. I called the manager "Eugene Peterson", with a bad attitude there is nothing that he can do and the special ended today. Who is gonna pay for my fuel and my time, they need to deliver. Shocking!!!
