Refusal to fix or refund problematic machine

We bought a Ryobi machine from Makro in January this year. Two weeks later it stopped working and was returned with a complaint. we were given a credit note and advised to buy a better one with a stronger engine.

we did, and two weeks later the new machine started leaking oil on the plugs. i went back and showed it to the sales guy sincei toldhim that he needstomakesure that it will woek properly.

The machine was booked on the 26 Feb and nocorrespondence given on the progress.
When i called after 3 weeks, I was told that it is still in the repairs queu at Ryobi.

Another few weeks went by and I went to the branch and was told that Ryobi wants us to pay an amount for the repairs.

I disagreed with the amount because the machine was just under a month and it presented the same problem asthe first one they credited.

I complained to the sales person and i was promised that the issue will be sorted out since he inspected the machine and confirmed that the oil in the plugs was the cause, not what i am forcedto pay for.

This is the 1st week of May, we are still awaiting a refund or our machine and no one at Makro or their supplier is willing to give us a response.
