Bad customer service

I was a Dis-cem Wonderboom Junction on Friday 24/05/2013 -14h25 at till no: 1, On the shelve the kinderjoy choc where marked for R6.95 so i took it when i got to the till it was R12.95 when i told Magie she went to see for her self and called the manager. Who stood at the information desk and said it is not her problem. Because i said it was for that price i want it and so the cashier came back and removed the items and i said i still want it and had to pay for it R12.95. The consumer act says if you see it at that price you pay that price?? This is unacceptable. to say the least!!!
