Rude to client and falsely accusing of!!!

On date 03 June 2013, time 19:30. I went to Spar in Avonwood Elsies River to buy a few things for a special supper with my fiance. I went over to the fridge and discovered that there was only 6 bottles of fresh cream on the shelve. I took 3 bottles as the price showed R10.95. When I got to the till the cashier scanned my items and it showed that the cream was R16.00 . SInce the price that I saw was R10.95 I asked the cashier whats going on, why is it more now. She said she will check and she called the manager. A gentleman by the name of Shadreck Sizba (Floor Manager) came over to the till and without asking what the problem was he started accusing me of changing the price tags on the shelve in front of the cashier and other customers. Mr. Sizba was making a scene and told me that he knows that I changed the price tags without any proof. My explanation was in vein as he kept on accusing and going on halfway embarrassing me in front of the other customers. I was so angered and disappointed by the service, I paid and left. You ask yourself why people choose other stores over Spar? The quality of Service at this branch is ridiculous. That will be my last visit to any Spar.
