Incorrect price tag on product

On the 24th i visited clicks branch in Melrose to buy medication for my son. Upone arrival on the cash counter i was informed the price has been changed to R64.99 with immediate effect. This was not the same price with the Prospane i saw in the shelves which was R59.99.The cashier Naomi told me it was aprice change, she called his manager Doctor who went to check the price and confirmed it was R59.99 but has been changed to R64.99. The manager was adamant that he would not reduce the price to the shelve price, to me its not a fair practise to be told of a price increase at the till point, it was not my problem that the price at the shelve was not changed and that was the price i wanted to pay for the Prospane for my son. Its bad customer service and later on the manager does not even apologise.
