Lowest (shelve) prices, highest till prices

It happened twice. The first time was the 23 Sept. I took material from the shelves, and adding up the amounts. Then, at the till, the price-difference was 10%. Initial cost R158-00, correct price R151-00. They quickly rectified it when I complained, "checking" the shelve-price to see if I am not taking a chance!

The second time was today, the 24th Sept. The same happened. A price difference between 20 and 25 % of the shelve-price! I phoned their customer-care number, no answer.

How many clients check /verify the prices they pay for the products? In both cases I bought five items, and four of the items was more pricey at he till than at the shelve. Strangely, not one item was less pricey at the till than on the shelve! I smells a RAT!

I intend to buy some of the same items tomorrow, to see whether they have rectified these "slip-ups"!
