Absolutely terrible customer service

I placed my online order on the website on the 4th of January and a confirmation email told me that my product will be delivered "within 4 working days." 5 "working days" later when still nothing had happened, I sent an email asking where my order was to which they replied with an invoice without any of my questions answered. 8 "working days" later, after still no news, I decided to call customer service which then put me on hold for an extended period and only answered after a second call. After explaining my situation, the customer service lady told me that my order was with the couriers and that I should expect it either that day or the next. 2 days later after still nothing, I called again and was promised that they would look into it and call me back and that I would get my order either that day or the next. They never called me back and my product is still nowhere to be found. I will never buy from this rubbish website ever again and I will do my utmost best to bring these to their knees.
