Terrible customer service

I placed an order for a product on the wicount website. After placing the order I was not 100% sure about the delivery, whether it would be couriered or sent by mail etc. I then emailed the customer service address. After a week I still had no response. I then forwarded my original email to the customer service address stating that I needed a response to my enquiry, after which I got a response. I was then told that the product would be posted to the address I gave. Which is not possible since it is a company with a P.O. Box and I gave the physical address assuming it would be delivered. I therefore replied requesting a change of delivery address and have not heard back 5 days later. I am unsure of when or where or even if the product will be delivered. I feel the response time is utterly disgusting considering they are an online trading platform and primarily deal with customers online. I would appreciate some clarity as to where, when and how my purchase will be delivered.
