Poor service, no delivery, not feedback

I placed an order on the ninth of November, and payed the amount of R696.91, on the same day. According to the Mr Price website, delivery takes 1-3 working days.By Saturday the sixteenth of November, I haven't received my order. I wrote an e-mail to customer support. On the eighteenth I received an e-mail from Emmilene Chetty. In the e-mail it looks as if this order was on hold from the fourteenth, (it should have been delivered by that time already), because one of the items was out of stock. I replied that I still want the rest of the order, and a refund for the item that is out of stock. I sent an e-mail again this morning to Emmilene, to let me know when I can expect my order. I haven't received a reply, and phoned customer support. I was informed that my order is still on hold, but they are busy with it, and I might receive it on Monday. It seems as if nobody knows what is going on with this order, and it has been 8 working days already.By Monday it will be 11 working days! That is not good service and not honouring your commitment as per your website..
