Two months after placing order and still no couch

It takes alot for me to complain especially on such a medium, but I felt it necessary especially since I found the above company via the internet & would want this information to be available to other users who might want to use them. I placed an order on the 27 March 2013 for a couch from the above supplier & was liaising with James who at the time got back to me timeously& called a few times prior to convince me to consider the couch. I made a deposit on the 27 March 2013 & was told that it took two weeks to produce & deliver, two months later, I am without couch, having already made the full payment, only to be told by transport company that Modafurn has not paid them, over & above which, I am having to chase Roddy who says he will return my calls and doesn't. This is totally unacceptable, is breach of contract & disappointing. I did not expect this from them. Following this kind of treatment & substandard service, I will definitely not be using them again. I am still awaiting a call from Roddy! Be aware of the time stated & don't pay in full even if you're told it's ready for shipment unless you are certain that it will indeed be sent to you. I am shocked & appaled by Modafurn's service
