I am totally disastisfied with Makro response via customer care, actually they dont care, how can they write a simple email and apologise without being in contact with the client, when I took my TV to the store, Malibongwe said that the TV will be taken to the suplier for inspection and thereafter he can give me another TV, he said that he cannot give me a TV without the suppliers report, however, this was not done untill I called in and Mom Winnie helped me, that was then taken to the supplier, I received communication that it was booked by Makro and received by the suplier, since then I have not yet heard anything from the Makro or supplier or Malibongwe, Makro service is deteriorating and yet you receive calls requesting payments for a TV I dont even have, worse of all DSTV will not even ask questions but debit their monthly subscription, I think Makro is unfair here, CAN I PLS HAVE SOMEONE WHOM I CAN CONTACT TO HELP ME SORT THIS, OR CAN SOMEONE LET ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE TV...
