Onic cross pendant was send in for repair in Nov12

I send in an onic cross pendant to repair clasp in November 2012. When following up where the pendant is I was told that the vehicle was hijacked and they look into it. Since January I went on monthly basis to find out when I will be paid out, but I get all kind of excuses. Going back in April I found that the shop closed down. I send e-mails to [Email Removed] but did not get any respond. All I ask is to pay me out, I have still prove of handing the cross in and purchasing slip.
