GOLD THAT CHANGES COLOR!!!

About a year ago I purchased a 9ct GOLD cross pendant from Sterns for my mother in law, after like almost a year it started to change color, I could not take it to the store in December as I was away on hoilday and only got back in January, I then took the pendant back to the branch on Sunday 19th January 2014 & was then advised that it was "Gold Fusion" & that its past the 6 months return & repair policy, the lady then also advised me that most of their jewels are "Gold Fusion" this is the first time I am hearing of this. I was not advised of this when I purchased this pendant. I mean we are paying so much for this thinking all along its gold. I am not happy with this at all, to pay so much for something & to find out in the end its not real. I also purchased a pair of 9ct gold earrings from Sterns this time the Chatsworth Centre branch & that as well changed color. I WANT A REPLACEMENT OR MY MONEY BACK!!!
