Bad Attitude Forced Me to Buy Somewhere Else

As I walk into the shop to purchase Marlboro Cigarettes the Employee Told me that I can not buy the Cigarettes and I must follow procedure? Now what procedure do I need to follow if I am a Customer? It was the rudest attitude I have ever witnessed in my life and and due to this I was forced to buy Princeton red 20's at another shop. Due to his rude behavior to a superior I've now associated and anchored a negative pattern to Marlboro brand this is a potential lifetime loss of R150000 - and a loss of marketing value as I will not be promoting the brand in social situation any more thus this could have caused the loss of many future customers of said brand. Please look into the employee's record and give him a reprimand for insolent behavior who was at the Cigarette Counter 2013-05-22 6:00pm.
