In December I used by Ebucks to purchase a Jenna Clifford gift set. (Earings and Pendant). Within 3 days on 20 Dec I received my order only to see that I only received the earrings and no pendant. I immediately phoned Ebucks to inform them. They ensured me as the supplier will be closed during the Christmas break, they will attend to the issue as soon as they can. During early Jan I received a call from the supplier ensuring me that they will send me the pendant within the next two days and that Ebucks is not a fault. I must say that Ebucks kept me updated all the time and phoned a lot to find out whether I received it yet. But to date I have not received it although a lot of following up has been done. I just feel that if the initial order could reach me so fast, I should really have the received the pendant by now. It's been more than a month. Next time I will think twice before using my Ebucks to purchase something from the Ebucks store.
