My husband and I went into the @Home store on the 12th of October to make a gift purchase we also had a look at the duck feathered pillows. Deciding to wait on the purchase of the pillows we only left with the gift only to return the Tuesday to purchase the pillows. After the cashier rings the duvet set and 3pillow she scans the 4th pillow just to tell us sorry the price has gone up. Told her its not possible because we where there the Saturday and the price was still R139 and now its R249 how is that possible. Her response the was that the prices has gone up a week back already but they are only now taking down the old stand prices and replacing it. Asked her then to leave the pillows. She then asked 2other employees to assist her in which they 1st had a debate about the prices. My husband asked them then if its not possible for us to get the pillows on the previous price since no price was marked on the stand. Guess what! We did not get a response from either 3of them. This was our 3rd purchase from the retail in this month alone and on our 2de purchase the cashier rolled her eyes at us when we asked her to gift rap our purchase. Disqusted with the service!!!
