Game is Disgusting

Games level of customer service is the worst i have ever seen, went into the store on Sunday and was told by the rudest manager that I needed an Id to use my card as my card has activity going on so I asked her to prove it at which time she stormed off to get a file cursing and swearing in Zulu, I then requested the store manager who Refused to come down and see me. The lady came back and shows me sum1 elses card transactions she then proceeds to have a big gossip in zulu with her colleauges while we stood there. I am appalled by the level of service it was truely disgusting, I told her im going to sue her for defimation of character and she responds ya you can do whatever you like
