Still don't know when their mistake will be fixed

I ordered a pair of boots from Zando on 06 May. I ordered size 5, but when the boots were delivered they had provided a size 6. I logged a return request for the boots to be returned. I brought the boots in on the Monday after sending the request, but the courier did not come past. I didn't bring the shoes in on the Tuesday, and of course that is when the courier showed up, without a courtesy call to find out if I was available. I travel by Gautrain and it is a pain to cart shoes up and down with me.

I subsequently called the call centre to make alternative arrangements, where a call was logged to the warehouse and I was told that the shoes would be collected either that afternoon or the following day.

The courier did not come through to collect the shoes. I called again, and once again a called was logged with the warehouse for the collection of the shoes. I am still waiting for the courier to collect the shoes, and everytime I get in contact with someone from the customer service area and ask for a date for collection, I am told that a call has been logged.

How many calls do I have to have logged to return the shoes, especially since the error was not mine.
