Lead time and ordering date

I went in to the store on the 02/05/2013 and bought a bed that was advertised on the internet, paid for it in full. I got a call on the 16/05/2013 that they want my banking detail so they can refund my money as for the bed is more expense on the system and there for they can`t give it to me at the price I paid, that being 2 weeks later, they have a delivery of 12-14 working day. I told them I want the bed at the price that was advertised, I Came home got the head office no and filled a complaint no 181068 was told by head office I would get a call the next day from them with a answer. Still waiting for that call, phoned back the 21/05/2013 to branch they only order the bed yesterday now I must wait 12- 14 working days. Getting visitor's don't have a bed for them to sleep on, 12 day`s after I paid they only place the order. After promises where made that I will have my bed in time. THEBED IS STILL ADVERTISED AT THE SAME PRICE THAT I BOUGHT IT FOR.
