System kicked me out while making purchase

I was busy purchasing the 3T hdd that was advertised for 1 day ony. While processing the payment was taken into the main screen again with a message "out of stock". I want this product at the price advertised.

I called your customer care line and was directed by your consultant to dial 0116030900 and every time i dial this number it asks me for a ext. I dont have an extension. i just want the product at the price advertised or a comitment to purchase at the advertised price when stock is available.
