I've been told by 2 of The Mr Price Customer Care Team consultants that a specific cupboard WILL be delivered within 14 working days from the day I've placed an order and paid a deposit, I have confirmed it with Mr Price because I would NOT have ordered the cupboard if I wont receive it before the end of the month... and I've also told the The Mr Price Customer Care Team that if i don't receive it within 14 working days I wont order it! The 1st consultant I've spoken to actually said I will receive it by the end of next week (which is this Friday) Now their telling me I will only receive it on the 10-11 October 2013.After i confirmed with 3 people..I've even confirmed it with one of the guys at the Northgate branch and he also said he phoned them and they said within 14 working days I will receive it... So they just confirmed it so that I can place an order, and then tell me after I've paid deposit that I will only receive it after a month! I drove to the store twice because I wanted to be sure that I will receive it before the end of the month before I place an order. Don't over promise when you cant deliver.
