CNA online doesn't respond to enquiries

I am very disappointed in CNA. I have been a CNA customer for many, many years, but now that I enquire about a certain product, they don't even respond. On 12 December 2012 I enquired about a product, but received no reply. On 15 January 2013 I sent that same mail again, then only did I receive a reply. On 16 January, I enuired again about another produck (3x PS3 games), they responded to say that they only have one of the games available. I replied immediately to ask at which store the game is available and for what price & also if I can buy it online, but they did not respond. Later in the afternoon on the same day, I emailed them again, but still no response. I really want to buy this game, but the lack of customer service from CNA is really disturbing!
