INCORRECT PRODUCT AND NO FEEDBACK

We ordered 3 XBox games from [URL Removed] in December 2013 and received the goods in good time. However, the one product we received was a PS3 game and NOT the XBox one we ordered. I informed [URL Removed] about this on the 24th Dec 2013. I was only contacted by someone on behalf of [URL Removed] about a week later, informing me that I had to go onto the website and do a return item on it. I did this between the 3rd and 6th January 2014, and to date I've had no response from [URL Removed] and neither has the product been collected from me. I ordered the correct product AND paid for it (sort of a prerequisite before you get the goods), yet [URL Removed] obviously don't care about the fact that THEY sent me the wrong product. THEIR mistake, NOT mine, yet they obviously have no interest in collecting this useless product and either refunding me or sending me the correct product. My money was good enough at the time, but I don't get the courtesy of a response or anything else. I've been driving around with the parcel since I returned to work on the 6th January, so pray tell, what do I need to do to get a response from [URL Removed]
