I purchased a SONY personal 3D viewer on the 17th December 2012. Before purchasing the product, i was told that i will receive double the products warranty due to a promotion. The promotion ends on the 31st January 2013. I purchased the product due to this promotion. I tried to register the product on the 20th December 2012, on the [URL Removed] web page, however, the product does not exist on any of the drop-down menus on the registration page. It therefore cannot be registered. I sent an email to SONY customer care on the 20th December 2012 regarding this issue. I sent a few follow up emails between then and the 14th January 2013. SONY responded on the 16th January 2013 advising that "we are busy trying to update the list however our system should be in order by early next week." I tried to register it again on the 23rd January 2013, however, the product still does not appear in the drop-down menus. I emailed Sony again that same day, and i am still awaiting their response. This is extremely frustrating as its been over a month trying to register the product. Am i ever going to receive the double warranty? If not, i do not want the product and require a refund
