Don't ever buy online from these people

I ordered a game online from BT games and have been basically begging them to send me their banking details so I can pay for the game! I email and they don't reply. I call and they can't help me... then I even wrote on their facebook wall and they just delete my post. This is the second time they have done this too. Last year around the same time I ordered a game and got the wrong one and every email I sent them they did not reply. Don't EVER order online from these people.
