Pathetic Response time, Product not delivered

Last year I ordered the Battlefield 4, with the first DLC included (China Rising) from [URL Removed] and received on 1/11/2013.

When the DLC was released online, I realized the DLC CD key was not supplied.
So on the 18/12/2013 I sent an email to [Email Removed] to please urgently send me the DLC because I want to play it over the holiday season. (ticket CAS-755063-P5J2D4)

18 days later, on 6/1/2014 I still did not receive a reply, and sent another mail to support. (ticket CAS-763972-H7X7T6)

Another 3 days passed, and I sent another mail.

Only on the 11/1/2014, 21 days since my first email to support did I get a feedback saying I could not get the expansion I paid for, not even offering a refund:
"Thank you for contacting us.
I do apologise for thee in convenience caused with regards to the feedback.
I checked with our supplier and only a limited stock was made available with regards to the DLC.
It's with sadness that I need to inform you that there is no more DLC available.
Feel free to contact us with any further queries."

I emailed them immediately to please refund me or escalate the issue. No response.
Sent another mail on 15/1/2014 to please respond, no reply yet.
