On the Woolworths website you have the option to request Woolworths Customer Service to source a specific item for you if you have all the correct details of the product.
I have utilise these email addresses on numerous occassions: [Email Removed] OR [Email Removed] BUT never get a response from Woolworths
I am now getting tired of not getting a response, as this is false advertising, meaning Woolworths commit in sourcing items for you, but they fail to response.
My last mail to their customer service department was dated 23 Jan 2014 at 06h53 am - to date I have not receive a response from them and if they do respond eventually, they will probably tell me that Woolworths no longer stock this item in my size or the color that I want.
