Why is it so hard to give client FEEDBACK?

I bought pair of shoes at Foschin beggining of April, realise that they are too tight (of which i regret that i told them the truth, if im sure my query will be sorted by now) the lady told me that they cannot accept them, there was a little argument regarding that i will just give you a shorter version of my story it was... it was on the 26 April when i took them still up to now i have not recieve any feedback from my foschini as they advised i will get feedback from their manager who was not there by then... i am still asking my self why am i still your client (Foshini) as they have poor service, i promise you guys i know i dont owe you that much i will just settle my acc and cut ties with you, clearly you dont understand what is it to be a LOYAL client, can i have feedback pls... pls dont tell me the matter has been escalated to the relavant department to be honest is kinda BORING really now!
