My mother reported an accident on the 25 June 2013 and all document were sent to miWay for claim. the claim number is 465160 and ref number given is 25740203. To date we have not have feedback from the assigned handler Sandile Gwebu, we have been calling and leaving messages but no response, I am so disapointed on your services. Is this how you treat your clients when they claim, you are too quick to deduct the money but fail to deliver good service, we have provided with all the documents and I dont understand why you dont even give a top update us on the progress, SIS Miway. How long should we wait to get feedback from you, do we even have to pay to get the feedback? IS this doing things your way or the client's way because its actually so unproffessional. you even on national TV about how good your client's rate you on service while you even.
