I AM A CLIENT AT FOSCHINI AND FOR THE PAST FOUR MONTHS I LOST A JOB AND MY ACCOUNT WENT INTO ARREARS OF WHICH I TOOK FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF .IT WAS A HARD TIME FOR ME AS MY CREDIT WORTHINESS WAS DEGRADING EVERYDAY.THROUGH THAT HARD TIME I RECEIVED A CALL FROM FOSCHINI COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT BY A GENTLEMAN CALLED NONHLANHLA HE MADE SURE I FEEL THAT I AM OWING AND HOW USELESS AND UNWORTHY I AM.HE WAS TERRIBLE HE SPOKE TO ME AS IF I DONT HAVE FEELINGS OR NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY DEBTS.I ACCEPT THAT I OWE THE STORE BUT I FEEL THAT I DONT DESERVE THAT KIND OF TREATMENT.
