I would like to express my severe dissapointment, bordering on disgust at the constant barrage of phone calls I have received from Truworths debtors department these past few days - all for a meagre outstanding amount of R15.40!!
I have received a total of 6phone calls, all in a space of 3days from the head office in Cape Town to ask me about a "payment plan" for R15.40. Surely the phone calls and copious text messages have amounted to a lot more?
What really irks me about all this, is that last week I made a purchase and at not one point was I told that I had this amount outstanding, nor was I prevented from making the transaction, yet a few days later -I am harrassed by the debtors' department.
I also made a payment of R350 after the 1st call, yet was still harrassed 3days later!
I am now so disappointed by Truworths' lack of common sesnse, especially in light of the fact that I have an excellent payment record with them.
Consequently, I have made the decision to terminate my relationship with them. So here's to a potentially lifetime relationship with a valued custome, all because of a measly R15.40.
Truworths - you need to understand the importance of customer retention!
