I was humiliated by a Foschini employee

On Sunday 9/06/13 I went into the Foschini in Vincent to exchange a shoe I had bought at the Foschini in Hemmingways. It was still in the same plastic bag, all tags were in and I had the receipt. The cashier helping me with the exchange asked me where the box was. I told her I never got a box when I bought that particular shoe. She shouted for the lady in the shoe department to confirm that whether the shoe came in a box or not. The one in the shoe department shouted that the cashier must tell me to stop lying and tell the truth about the box. I was told I could not be helped without the box. I felt so humiliated as now most people in the store were looking at me, the. I left and on arrival at Hemmingways I told them the box story and they said the shoe was a hangon and therefore never came with a box. I exchanged the shoes and went back to Vincent to tell the lady in the shoe department how her remarks made me feel, she started shouting even more like she was talking to her daughter. I was with a supervisor who could not handle it and the manager was away. She had no remorse in her, her name is Thembi. I was even more humiliated when I went a second time.
