Pathetic financial services @ Truworths

After making a debit arrangement with Truworths store, they decided to take less than the monthly instalment they were suppose to take. I went to Mall of the North Truworths to purchace some items and I was told I do not have buying power.the lady that was assisting me phoned the head office and when I asked what happened the explanation was veri pathetic.now my question is why debit the monthly instalment if they will not take the full amount? I want to purchase items after I know a payment was made from my account.the lady from head office just said there's nothing they can do, I must pay the outstanding amount they didn't debit before I can purchase anything.how very unprofessional. Now my record is reflecting bad because of Truworths fault.this is very frustrating.if you miss a payment they will phone even at night and tell u how they will blacklist you. I want to expose Truworths if this is not solved.
