Truworths fail to refund

On Saturday, 30th March, I made a purchase of R4950 at Truworths. Truworths was offline but used my debit card to make payment which did not go through. They asked me to come back the next day. On Monday I checked my bank statement and see that the total of R4950 did go through. I immediately went to Truworths to collect my purchases only to be told that I needed proof of payment. After running up and down trying to get my bank statement to them, they now inform me that the payment is not reflecting on their side. I have now decided that I no longer want the clothes that I bought. I want my money back. I informed Truworths Fashion on Facebook and they got a lady by the name of Annelize to contact me. She said she would look into this and even took my bank account number. I checked this morning and see that Truworths have still not refunded me my money. It has been 5 days now and nothing has been resolved. Please, please, help!!!
