Truworths
Handed over whilst paying my account

I was paying my account when a month ago i was harrassed at my work-place by "the collections company" telling me i should pay them not truworths. Shocked i called to query this with truworths to which they confirmed but assured me that i could continue paying at the truworths store. i was mis-informed by truworths and by the collections agent and have just been told that -"Tough luck! Next time you must read before you sign."

Im deeply hurt that while i was paying and counting the months to my final payment now my amount due has doubled. Shame on you truworths:-(. Im so upset im actually in tear as i type this. I work hard and have been keeping to my payments now i just wish i could jump off a bridge. So unfair:-(
