Truworths
Bad customer service!!!

Ive had enough of the Truworths call centre. I made my monthly payment before month end and yet they call me first thing in the mornings during the day and at night 9pm. Surely they must be bored and have no work to do so I must be some source of their entertainment. I took it upon myself to email the proof of payment and explained to them that payment was made but I still get harrassed why? Is it because I just owe Truworths R289, 00??? Iam sure that they are pushing my bottons so I can close their account and they will get just that... bad customer service
