Im not paying extra and I want to be compensated

Hi,
I received a call today from an Edcon agent advising me that my debit order has bounced. I was in shock. I advised that my new acc details had been sent in already. She asked me for my bank details again. I did not give it I asked for the number to call back, when I did I spoke to an african lady who was not helpful at all. I told her the whole situation. She advised me that I need to pay an extra R50 because the debit bounced. I told her I am not willing to pay that since I done what I was suppose to and she advised me that I am WAISTING her time. I would like someone to trace that call and deal with the agent (3:10p 28/02). I personally went into the Edgar's branch at Claremont and had my details changed. The had faxed to the Edcon office a copy of my id aswell as my new bank acc details on an Absa letter head that had been drafted by Absa. After the fax was sent i got a ref num (ws_0570_fx_20130202T142909_7021) for fax. The fax was sent on the 02Feb13 before my acc should be debited.
I am not paying extra, I am not going out of my way to make another payment since I dont have the time. I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE INCONVINIENCE THAT WAS CAUSED PLEASE SORT IT OUT. THNX
