On the 16/03/2013 I went to Pep to return my Son's Jersey and I was treated badly by Zenobia Williams then I complained about her service to Pep head office; they apologised for the treatment I had received; they further informed me that Zenobia will call me and inform me to return the teared jersey and take the new jersey and apologise the way she treated me. I did not received any call from her up until I decided at 15H00on the 17/05/2013 to go to PEP and ask for a new jersey.
When I arrived there she told me to stand in queue. I did as she requested after that I asked her for my son's jersey she just gave me the money and I informed her that I don't want the money back, I want a new jersey and your head office had promised me that you are going to keep a jersey for me. She just gave me my money back & I took the money and I went straight to Ackermans and bought the jersey but her attitude towards customers it not rite. After that I felt despondent and not needed as Pep customer even though head office had spoken to me nicely
