Edcon
UNABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT TO EDCON ITO ADMIN ORDER

I am an attorney practicing in Wyngerg, Western Cape. An Administration Order was granted by the Khayelitsha Magistrate on 7 December 2012. Edcon is one of the creditors. I have sent communications to them in terms of the Rules of Court (i.e. to their Head Office in Crown Mines by registered mail) but they have failed to reply. Their Head Office telephone number is not listed on their website. I had to phone a call centre to get the number which took several calls. Eventually I was given the Head Office telephone number 011 495 6000. The person who answered the phone directed me to someone who asked me to phone his line manager at 011 498 8181. I requested the line manager's email address which was given as [Email Removed] I had no reply to the line manager's number after several atttempts. An email addressed to the LM's address was returned as unknown. I am now unable to discharge my duties as an administrator due to Edcon's failure to reply. I will furnish Edcon (Edgars) with my client's account number and my cell phone number. All I need is the contact details of the person to whom to address distribution statements and Edcon's bank details.
