A while back I approached the Cresta CNA to find out when the next issue of a magazine, which I often purchase, will be on the shelves. They could not help me, reacted as if in slow motion, but promised to find out and phone me. I never received a call. Eventually I phoned the local publisher.
Last week I stood in a 12 customer queue to pay with only two of many tills open. 3 CNA personnel wondered in from outside. Another two strolled by, chatted to the till operators and disappeared.
Pathetic!! I suggest everyone should purchase books and magazines online or as e-books. You receive them earlier and they are cheaper AND we can put a useless company out of business.
