I bought a bed from Coricraft and was told they are out of stock and i must wait, and last week i was told that it will be delivered on saturday. While i was still on call with the lady she told me no it can be delivered monday, even though i told her that there is no one at home during the week. She told me that there is nothing she can do and if they wont find someone at home they will return with the goods and i will have to make arrangements to fetch them. I asked them to deliver between 4-5pm, anyway i still got an sms on saturday that delivery will be between 1pm-4pm. The lady who was arranging delivery told me how much they using some delivery company, and i don't get how any of that is my problem because i paid coricraft for delivery so they must deal with their delivery company. I had to ask for half day leave to wait for them from 1pm and they only arrived after 16:30.No apology, nothing even after i called the Centurion manager to complain!! I need to tell Coricraft that their delivery policy, it was my first experience with them and definitely the last. They need to re-consider their delivery policy, try evening/whole weekend delivery since most of their clients work
