I've had an ongoing complaint. What resulted was the return of a faulty product. Eventually I get a response after posting on their Facebook wall. About an hour ago I received an email to say a replacement item has been ordered. Great, I thought. Until I get a second email requesting that I deposit R165, 95 into their account. Apparently the item has gone up in price and I must pay delivery. Kalahari - it was a FAULTY product. Why must I pay more for it??? You've wasted my money, you've disappointed me and the person who received this item as it was a Christmas present and now you want me to pay MORE?? This is incompetent service of the highest level. I suggest you make a plan to correct this. At no point did you tell me I'd incur additional costs for a faulty item. Email me - do not phone me.
